On a day to day basis many minor automobile accidents occur. These accidents usually result in minor dents to both vehicles. Some others though, who would rather not deal with the inconvenience of not having their car, would rather fix these dents themselves.

One method of repairing your car dents is using dry ice. Let’s say you have a dent on your door. To fix this dent, apply dry ice to the dent for four to ten seconds and then leave alone. Within a few seconds to a minute the dent should pop back out. Repeat this process until the dent pops out. This method is not only very popular but very effective. It is however not the only method out there for fixing this problem.

Another method is to hold a piece of aluminum foil adjacent to the dent and heat the foil with a lighter. Do not burn the foil itself, hold the lighter next to the foil so that the heat from the flame is transferred to the foil and then transferred to the dent. The foil acts as a protective layer between the flame and the paint of your car. After the foil has been heated for half a minute or so, remove it then quickly apply liquid air to the dent for a few seconds then leave it. The dent should pop right out. Again, with this method repeat until the dent has been removed.

In summary, these methods work well and have worked well for years.
